Q. Can I cancel an existing order that have been made?
Yes, only if the order is still on pending status.
- Please send an email to our customers service email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the message title “Request to cancel order” in order to inform us about the cancellation order.
- Orders that are in shipping or shipped will not be cancel.
Q. What is the product's transaction currency?
Our default currency is in Ringgit Malaysia (RM). However, you may select the transaction currency in accordance to where the products will be shipped to. If the currency does not appear on the drop down listing, you may email us at email@example.com to add in the currency or just select USD for the transaction.
Q. How long does the delivery usually takes?
We sell only Ready Stock, unless otherwise stated as Backorder whereby the products have SOLD OUT and we are taking in orders for a period of time in order to get the factory to re-make. Delivery usually will takes about 1-2 business days.
